Where Your Data Is Stored

• Contact form submissions are stored in our WordPress database and/or delivered to our email inbox. Our website hosting provider may also have technical access to this data as part of standard server operations.
• Google Analytics data is processed and stored by Google LLC. Google’s own privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy. Data may be processed on servers located outside of Canada.

We do not use any third-party marketing or CRM tools to store or process your information.

How Long We Keep It

• Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward, after which they may be deleted.
• Google Analytics data is retained according to Google’s data retention settings, which can be configured in our Analytics account. We currently retain this data for 24 months.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent at any time (though this may affect our ability to respond to a prior inquiry, or may stop analytics tracking going forward)
